UPLIFT Florida Network is anchored in the intent to operate as a visionary and agile organization steered by professional staff and powered by volunteers to support new and existing villages, build networks and relationships, and innovate new strategies and approaches.

UPLIFT is working with individuals and organizations in several communities to develop villages that are communities of belonging promoting neighbor-to-neighbor support and community connectivity. Villages that are part of the UPLIFT Florida Network benefit from our hub-and-spoke model, which facilitates more successful village startups, leverages volunteerism, and enhances access to community resources such as funding sources. By reducing the duplication of operational responsibilities, UPLIFT’s hub allows villages to focus on what really matters: their people, their programs, and their possibilities for the future.

UPLIFT is committed to supporting existing villages and villages in formation throughout the entire process. We provide villages with a formation toolkit, a team to support you and your process, and resources to jumpstart the formation of your community’s village.
