UPLIFT Florida Network operates with highly experienced team members that have expertise across various functions. Until May 2023, our team included consultants from The Patterson Foundation. With its history of supporting aging initiatives, The Patterson Foundation recognized the potential of UPLIFT Florida Network and generously supported our incubation.
As we grow and develop sustainable funding sources, UPLIFT will employ professional staff to build a network of strategic partnerships and form a network of villages throughout Florida.
